What happens if I am not home for delivery?
Most orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL), so the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place. If this is not possible, the parcel may be sent to your local hubb pick up point or your local post office.
How many delivery attempts are made?
Usually, only one delivery attempt is made. If delivery is unsuccessful and ATL is not suitable, your order may be returned to SuperPharmacyPlus.
What should I do if my order is returned to the store?
Contact SuperPharmacyPlus to arrange redelivery. You will need to pay additional shipping fees for any alternative delivery.
How do I contact SuperPharmacyPlus for redelivery?

Can I request a redelivery at no extra charge?
