You can visit the SuperPharmacyPlus Returns Centre here. Log in to your account for a personalized experience, you will need your order number and the email used to place the order.

You will then be required to complete the return form provided. You will need to enter detailed information about the item(s) you're returning, specify the reason for return (e.g., wrong size, defective product, change of mind) and upload any relevant photos or documentation to support your return request.

Our dedicated online team will review your request within 1-2 business days, once our team has reviewed your request, you will receive an email notification with the status of your return request. If approved, you'll receive further instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

Once your request is approved, you a required to package the item(s) securely in their original packaging, if possible include the RAN and any provided packing slips in the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the approval email, we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

When your return parcel is received back to our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect the returned item(s) within 3-5 business days of receipt. If the return meets our policy requirements, we'll process your refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
