• Order confirmed: Your order has been placed through our website, payment has been processed and is awaiting fulfillment by our online team.

 

  • New Order: This email contains your order details, including your billing/delivery address as well as your chosen delivery service.

 

  • New Invoice: This email contains your invoice in PDF form for your records.

 

  • Pending Dispatch: Your order has been accepted and acknowledged by our fulfillment team. Regrettably, there has been a delay in receiving our stock. As an independently owned and operated pharmacy, we are continuously ordering stock and cannot depend on a national warehouse. However, unless there is a production or supply chain issue, we typically receive stock within 1-4 business days and then proceed to dispatch your order. In the event of a prolonged delay or a significant issue with stock supply, we will always reach out to you as soon as we become aware of the situation. 
 
  • Shipped: We have successfully packaged your order, and it has been fulfilled by our team. Your courier tracking information can be found at the bottom of the page. If your order is for Click&Collect, you will receive collection instructions instead of tracking information.
