This guide explains how to confirm whether your SuperPharmacyPlus order has been shipped, using your online account. Follow these steps to view shipping status and tracking details without waiting for email notifications.

Steps to Check Order Shipping Status

Go to the SuperPharmacyPlus website
Open your browser and visit https://superpharmacyplus.com.au/.

Log in to your account
Click the Account icon in the top right corner and enter your email and password.

Navigate to Order History
Select Order History or My Orders from your account dashboard.

Find your order
Locate the order you want to check and click View Details.

Check the shipping status
Look for the status label (Processing, Pending Dispatch, or Shipped). If shipped, tracking details and courier information appear here.

Copy your tracking number (if available)
Use the provided tracking number and courier link to monitor your shipment in real time.

If your order shows as Shipped but you don't see tracking details, check your email (including spam/junk folders) for a shipping notification, or contact our customer care team for assistance.

Verification

A status of Shipped and a visible tracking number confirm your order is on its way. You can track your parcel using the provided link.

If you see Shipped but no tracking number, please check to see if the shipping method is "Ship to Store" which will not have a tracking number. Occasionally we will also send directly from manufacturers to speed up the delivery for you as well. Feel free to reach out if there are any questions.

Troubleshooting

I can't log in to my account
Click Forgot password on the login page, or contact support if you need further help.
My order shows as Shipped but I have no tracking number
Check your email's spam or junk folders for the shipping notification, or contact customer care for details.
My order status hasn't updated for several days
Occasional delays can occur due to supply chain or courier issues. If your status doesn't update, please reach out to our support team.
