Email online@superpharmacyplus.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and request for cancellation.

Wait for Confirmation

Our team will confirm whether your order can be cancelled. If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Receive Refund (if eligible)

If your cancellation is approved, we will process your refund according to our policy. Refunds are typically issued within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method.

Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders

The amount refunded and how shipping charges are handled depends on who initiates the cancellation.

If SuperPharmacyPlus Cancels Your Order or a Cancellation is Requested Before Shipping:

You will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges, within 3-5 business days.

If You Cancel Your Order after it has been shipped:

Refunds for change of mind or customer-initiated cancellations are at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Original shipping charges are generally not refunded if you cancel your order or return items due to change of mind.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from your refund.
